About Us

Who Are We

GHH is a licensed Group Home approved by the state of North Carolina, located in Taylorsville, NC. We are committed to providing a safe, stable, and home-like environment for children and adolescents ages 10 to 17 who may be experiencing a crisis. Our residential facility features a four-bedroom setting designed to accommodate up to five clients at a time.

Our dedicated team of professionals serves youth with mental health challenges, emotional disturbances, substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and developmental disabilities. At GHH, we focus on fostering stability and personal growth, equipping each individual with the skills and support needed to successfully reintegrate into the community.

What We Do

 

GHH is committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for youth through diverse, developmentally appropriate programming led by trained professionals.
Our services and activities are designed to support personal growth, emotional well-being, and community readiness, and include:

  • Educational Support & Enrichment
     
  • Recreational Activities, including sports, arts & crafts, and YMCA programs such as swimming, weight training, and track & field
     
  • Community Integration Preparation
     
  • Weekly Individual Counseling and Therapy Sessions
     
  • Transportation Services
